1.4 This service has a system of automatic verification and blocking of some requests that violate the rules. 2. User:

3. Administration:

3.1 It does not own the copyright to user-generated images, and does not make any claims to them.

3.2 Due to the peculiarities of neural networks operation, is not responsible for the results of image generation, consequences of any actions with them, as well as possible losses.

3.3 In case of systematic and/or intentional violation of the rules specified on this page, the manufacturer of this product (administration) may apply any or several of the following actions:

3.3.1 Send a warning against violation of the rules.

3.3.2 Disable the possibility of further replenishment of the balance by the user.

3.3.3 Cancel the user's account in the service, prohibiting further use of the service by such user.

3.4 The Administration undertakes to return to the buyer the money paid for the use of this service, with simultaneous cancelation of the units of paid computing time if all of the following conditions are met at the same time:

3.4.1. the User contacted the technical support at the contacts specified in the service with a request for a refund;

3.4.2 The user's request has been completed no later than 3 calendar days (72 hours) after the user has paid for the computing time units;

3.4.3. the User has provided the wallet or card number for the refund, their own account ID (identification number), which the User can get in the Telegram bot, as well as the payment ID in case it was provided to the User;

3.4.4 The wallet or card number for refunds provided by the user fully coincides with the wallet or card number from which the user made the payment;

3.4.5 The user has not violated the rules of use while using the software.

3.4.6 The User has not used up the number of units of computing time that they have paid for. In the event that a part of the units of computing time has been used up, the administration may in some cases consider refunding at its discretion either the full amount or a part of the amount that corresponds to the unused part of the units of computing time.

3.5 Administration is not responsible for possible problems and/or defects in third-party software, which added the ability to use this service.

4.1 All countries except: Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Libya, Syria, Somalia, Sudan, Eritrea are available for payment for this service and/or delivery of its results.
