Rules for generating images using ClipCloud

Please read this page carefully before using the service.

Forbidden generate images and/or utilize image generation requests ("Prompts") containing any (at least one) of the following content:

1. Являющиийся незаконным, нежелательным и/или запрещенным для распространения в соответствии с действующим законодательством: Российской Федерации, Республики Казахстан, Грузии, Республики Беларусь, а также страны, где пользователь проживает и/или временно находится;
2. Containing slander or insults against any persons or organizations (including religious organizations), as well as inciting interethnic, interracial, and/or other discord, promoting hatred and/or discrimination of people on racial, ethnic, sexual, religious, social and other grounds, as well as cruelty, terror, and/or any form of violence;
3. Shocking, disgusting, violent and cruel, including descriptions and visualizations of murder, physical mutilation, self-harm, suicide, torture, rape, sacrifice, the aftermath of disasters and accidents, wars and hostilities, and cruelty to animals;
4. Pornographic, erotic, and/or sexual content, as well as any type of NSFW content;
5. Weapons, explosives, narcotics;
6. Insults, slander;
7. Предназначенный для использования в военных, разведовательных, санкционных, экстремистских, террористических, и/или других схожих целей контент в интересах любых стран, организаций, физических и юридических лиц, равно как и контент двойного назначения;
8. Infringing copyrights (including but not limited to organizational logos), trademark rights, means of individualization and/or rights to other intellectual property owned by third parties;
9. Containing images and/or any personal data of both third parties and the user;
10. Materials, the placement of which causes or may cause damage to the honor, dignity and/or business reputation of any individual or legal entity;
11. Any kind of political content, any politicians and/or their personal data.

If you encounter the inability to create an image on the authorized topics, or accidentally found a way to bypass the protection against attempts to generate on prohibited topics - please to contact the administration. You can also write to us if you have any questions about these rules.
