1. Mojito cocktail
Ingredients:
- Mint – 10 leaves
- Lime - 1 piece
- Sugar syrup - 30 ml
- Soda – 90 ml
- Crushed ice - 1 cup
Preparation:
- Place mint and diced lime in a glass and crush them lightly.
- Add sugar syrup and stir.
- Fill a glass with crushed ice.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

- In a saucepan, mix cherry juice, lemon juice, sugar and starch.
- Add water and stir over medium heat until thickened.
