How to save an article with pictures to a Word document (doc/docx)?

1. First, enable the “Generate article with HTML markup” option in the “Publishing” tab of the input settings. This will allow you to add markup (such as highlighting headings) to the text.
If the article must contain pictures, turn off the “Convert to WebP” option in the “Processing” tab, in the “Image generation” section.

2. Then enable saving to HTML.

3. Once the article is generated, right-click on the resulting HTML file -> “Open with” -> “Microsoft Word” (or any other text editor of your choice).
