Zennoposter or Zennobox does not start

This problem occurs extremely rarely. But if this happens to you, we recommend doing the following:

  1. Check to see if your ClipAI license has expired. If you purchased a license for no more than a month, and it has already expired, Zennobox may not launch precisely because of this. Extension licenses will solve this problem.
  2. Check to see if any error message appears on startup. Sometimes it is behind all the open windows. If there is a window, it usually says in clear language about why the error occurred and how to fix it.
  3. Check that the date, time, and time zone are set correctly on your PC.
  4. Perhaps Zennoposter/Zennobox is already open? If you need to run several copies of ClipAI, this can be done, but as indicated in this instructions.
  5. Check the Internet connection on your PC.
  6. If you have VPN enabled, try turning it off.
  7. Log in from the PC on which you are running the program to Personal Area. Then try running Zennoposter/Zennobox again.
  8. Restart your PC and try running the program again.

If all else fails - reinstall Zennoposter or Zennobox, or Contact us, or write to Zennolab support.
