“Error obtaining license. The product being installed has not been purchased"

  1. Make sure that you use the same Zennolab account during installation as you entered in auto payment bot at the time of buying. If you made a mistake somewhere and something needs to be changed - write to us.
  2. Check what application language is installed in personal account:
    Incorrectly installed language is one of the most common reasons for 'Error obtaining a license. The product being installed was not purchased from Zennobox, which can be fixed in one click.
    If it does not match the installer language, you need to either download the installer with the appropriate language (directly from your personal account), or click the “Change” button in your personal account.
  3. Download the latest version of Zennobox/Zennoposter from your personal account.
