How to fix 503 error?
"An error has occurred. We wait 10 seconds and try again. Code: 503 More details: Service Unavailable.”
This error may occur if the AI server is temporarily down. For example, the current state of OpenAI servers can be view here.
This can happen when the AI servers are overloaded, or during maintenance on their part. It almost always has nothing to do with ClipAI or your Internet connection. However, it may be related to the parameters you set: for example, if you changed the “Custom API Endpoint” value in the “Options” tab (should be set to https://api.openai.com/v1/chat/completions by default).
The solution is to waituntil the 503 error stops appearing. ClipAI independently waits for the AI servers to recover without interrupting the writing of the article.
